Life coaching is a solution‐focused approach to personal development that can help to make profoundly positive and lasting changes in all areas of a person’s life. Life coaching enables you to optimise those positive qualities you possess in order for you to live a meaningful and successful life. Life coaching also enables you to connect with the best in yourself so that you can be at your best, and live your best life.

Life Coaching is not counselling or psychotherapy

Life coaching is aimed at mentally well and functioning individuals with a desire to optimise their lives. Life coaching thus entails accepting that the present is what it is and that the past does not have to determine the future.  


Life coaching focuses on the present, bringing about positive changes in your current beliefs and behaviours in order to develop a more fulfilling and rewarding future.Additionally, Life coaching encourages self‐awareness, helping you grow and develop in different ways by means of proven methods and verified techniques whilst remaining flexible regarding your individual needs.


Your life coach will work with you to help you engineer solutions for your unique problems and challenges. Remember that life coaching is not counselling or therapy and as such, does not involve diagnosis or examination and treatment of past traumas and experiences. Life coaching does however enable you to make consciously positive decisions based on past experiences. Life coaching helps you discover your true purpose, ultimately allowing you to satisfy the part of you saying “There must be something more to life”.


Successful life coaching allows you to live an active rather than a reactive life. In other words, you get to choose and live the life you want rather than letting life happen to you.

Motivation Coaching

Help identify core issues. Involves a collaborative exploration allowing clients to realise their true motivations whilst finding ways to fully utilise their motivations. The coach helps clients construct new attitudes towards issues and concerns as well as assisting the client to visualise what a motivated life will look like. Motivation and confidence are intricately linked, often resulting in a client experiencing a significant confidence boost.


 

 

Conscious Parenting

Parenting in the modern age has gained a negative reputation with the media telling you how it should be, what you’re doing wrong and how your child may not be perfectly ‘normal’. Many parents find themselves falling short of those self- imposed standards or find their children not meeting societal expectations, many parents simply give up because the pressure is too much or find themselves puzzled by an array of mixed messages. Conscious parenting aims to dispel media myths whilst encouraging parents to become active participants in the day to day parenting of children, no matter what their age. Many skills we expect children to know by default have fallen by the wayside and people are puzzled as to why young adults don’t possess such skills. Technology has driven a changing world in which parents must be aware of the need to teach and model vital skills. Such skills include: work ethic, tenacity, patience, respect, accountability, humility, gratitude and the ability to budget time and money, etc.

Family Coaching

Discover new possibilities for who you are for your family and who your family is to you. Family coaching provides an environment in which the client can create the freedom to see each family member afresh, communicate effectively, and see life from an expanded view—whether participating individually or with family members. Communication with people in your life will take on new dimensions that enrich the breadth and possibility of your relationships.

Allows for a collaborative approach to solving communication and faulty functioning within the family. The benefit is often making implicit needs known - to have the family functioning on the same page and allowing individuals to flourish within their families, as well as a balanced family unit. My mission is to reconnect family members through collaborative coaching sessions. By working together with every family member, families heal the pain that causes distance in relationships.
